Refund policy

7-Day Size Exchange

We want the fit to be right. You may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Order number or proof of purchase is required

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 4516147 or email bintayclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. Please contact us before sending anything back — parcels sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.

Return / exchange courier charges

Courier charges for a size exchange are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent — in those cases we cover the cost.

Open your parcel before you pay

On Cash on Delivery orders you may open and check your parcel before making payment.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at our cost.

Refunds

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are issued by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa to the account you provide.
• Prepaid orders: refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the amount.

Non-returnable

• Gift cards
• Items received worn, washed, altered, or without original tags
• Items sent back without prior confirmation from our team
