Where we ship
We currently deliver across Pakistan only.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable so our team can confirm it.
Delivery time
- In-stock items: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch
- New collection / pre-order items: 7–10 working days
- Sale periods and public holidays may add a few days
Delivery charges
- Rs. 250 flat across Pakistan
- FREE delivery on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above
Payment options
- Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — open and check your parcel before you pay
- Bank transfer, JazzCash / EasyPaisa and IBFT
Order tracking
Once dispatched you'll receive your tracking number by SMS or email from the courier. If you don't receive tracking updates, message us on WhatsApp +92 339 4516147 or email bintayclothing@gmail.com. Bintay Clothing is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
