Ordering clothes online for your daughter shouldn't feel like a risk. Many mothers who find Bintay on Instagram or Google ask us the same fair questions before their first order: Do I have to pay in advance? What if the parcel isn't what I expected? What if the size is wrong? Here's exactly how it works — step by step.
Step 1: Order without paying anything
Choose the outfit, pick the size (the size chart is on every product page), and place the order. You pay nothing online. Cash on delivery means your money stays in your pocket until the parcel is physically in your hands.
Step 2: We pack and dispatch quickly
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within a day, and delivery across Pakistan typically takes a few working days depending on your city. Orders above Rs.4,999 ship free.
Step 3: Open the parcel before you pay
This is the part mothers love most. When the rider arrives, you're welcome to open the parcel and check the outfit before handing over the cash. See the fabric, check the stitching, make sure it's exactly what you ordered. Only pay when you're satisfied. We offer this because we're confident in what's inside the packet — and because trust is earned, not asked for.
Step 4: Wrong size? Easy exchange
If the size doesn't fit, you have a 7-day easy exchange: keep the article unused with tags attached, message us, and we'll arrange the swap. Growing girls are unpredictable — our policy isn't.
Questions before ordering?
Message us through the contact page and ask anything — size advice, fabric details, delivery time to your city. We'd rather answer ten questions than have you order with doubt.
